My work has proven to me that underlying stuck emotions and other energetic imbalances certainly contribute to disruptive conditions in life that hold us back spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically. Addressing these underlying pockets of disruptive energy moves us into alignment and freedom that seems unreachable through allopathic medical means, yet works to compliment and enhance whatever else you are doing in your quest for healing.
I work from the Heart. Each person I meet in my life is my teacher, inspiration and blessing. Life keeps teaching me that healing really does come from Within ❤️ I opened my own healing practice in downtown Lexington, Virginia, in 2007 with Foot Reflexology and have expanded into other energetic forms of transformational healing. I now work from my home studio, and while I still offer foot reflexology, most of my work is now done remotely. I earned my Reflexology Practitioner Certification from the Northeast Holistic Center in Belleville, NJ, in 2006. My foot reflexology session start with a warm, soothing foot soak and chat, followed by therapeutic reflexology and finished with an energy field/chakra balancing to send you off feeling balanced, soothed, centered and refreshed. I also "read" your toes/foot on your first visit ; ) As a Certified Emotion Code and Body Code Practitioner I am still astonished at the results I am seeing from this concise, efficient way to release trapped emotions and other imbalances planted within the body and creating roadblocks to well-being on multiple levels. I have personally seen lifelong phobias erased, stubborn emotional blocks released, pain disappear, anxiety eased and depression lifted and more. Children and animals also respond beautifully to this work, I've even helped plants this way! We do not, nor can anyone ever guarantee such results. However, experience confirms this work is solid and worthwhile. I have incorporated the Body Code system and will complete Practitioner Certification shortly. I am a Certified Biofield Tuning Practitioner, and was fortunate enough to be part of the last first and second level certificatiobn courses personally taught by the developer and founder of the modality, Eileen McKusick. I offer Biofield Tuning Sonic Meridian Flush sessions using tuning forks and other energetic tools to "unblock" the flow of the energy and reconnect all the systems. 5 Minute Explanation of Biofield Tuning I am also a Certified Aromatherapist, attuned to 2nd Level Reiki, and have studied a variety of other energy healing approaches such as Quantum Touch, Reconnection and the energy healing work of Donna Eden, and Court of Atonement with Amy Jo Ellis. I have come to my own way of balancing the energy field and chakra portals, which I do at the end of my reflexology sessions to fully integrate my work. As with most people, Life presented me with unexpected and huge changes (for me, in my late 30's) creating the catalyst for personal transformation. In response, I have developed a deep interest in multi-level healing, particularly with frequency/energy based healing modalities, and found my life's work.
