If you are looking for in-depth healing, I highly recommend investing in session packages. While I have seen amazing results from a single session, it is more common -- and more logical -- that it can take time to release the levels and layers of trapped energies, imbalances and misalignments underlying the conditions or discomforts drawing you to energy work.  If this is new for you, you can purchase a single session to better understand the process and then, if you wish to commit to a package, deduct the single session fee from the total   : )

Noice:  As with all energy work, there is a time of processing which averages 1-2 days but can be shorter or longer. You may or may not feel any processing symptoms. Possible symptoms are increased sensitivity, tiredness, aches, feeling spacey etc.  Drink extra water, rest and be gentle with yourself. Suggest a sea-salt bath.
