While I have seen amazing results from a single session, it is more common -- and more logical -- that it can take time to release the levels and layers of trapped energies, imbalances and misalignments underlying the conditions or discomforts drawing you to energy work.  If this is new for you, you can purchase a single session to better understand the process and then, if you wish to commit to a package, deduct the single session fee from the total   : )
