OTHER INTERESTING THINGS:
1. A supplement callaed Serrapeptase. Serrapeptase is a chemical silk worms produce which breaks down non-living protein matter and unwanted remnants of waste material that tends to congregate in joints and circulatory system, arteries and all kinds of other nooks and crannies. It also softens and makes stubborn mucus more viscuous so it can unstick itself from the various places it wreaks havoc like lungs and ear/nose/throat.
2. GOOD WATER. I elimiated the pain in my foot with WATER. Half my body weight in ounces per day, plus a pinch of good mineral salt. It took 6 weeks. I was very disciplined for a couple of months and haven't been so perfect since then but the pain is still gone after more than 2 years. For more information, I recommend the book "Your Body's Many Cries for Water: You Are Not Sick, You Are Thirsty!, Don't Treat Thirst with Medications!" by Fereydoon Batmanghelidj.
3. CASTOR OIL. Good, organic, cold pressed castor oil. It's amazing healing for the skin and hair. It supports the liver. Combine it with olive, almond or avacodo oil for daily use and your skin will love it! It helps re-grow thinning hair, heals warts, helps heal scar tissue, great for burns, and I have used it for years to heal or soothe any type of eye problems!
3. LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL. Lavender is like the "Bayer Aspirin" of essential oils. It is just good for almost everything. I always have a bottle handy in my kitchen because it is AMAZING for burns. We put it on any kind of abrasion because it is anti-macrobial and helps heal the skin. Good for scarring. Soothing. And I add some to my castor/avacado oil skin oil. You can find it at any health food store. I get mine, and all my essential oils, at camdengrey.com
